The Event Management:

Management of the match is controlled by the Delegate Assembly consisting of the four officers and a national representative from each member nation. The President, or his nominee, will act as chairman of the Assembly.

The national representatives will elect the officers at the summer meeting. Nominations for any elected role can only be made by the nominee’s own national federation.

The four officers are: President, Secretary-General, Technical Adviser (facilities) and Technical Adviser (race control). The officers comprise the Executive Committee which will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the match.

The Executive Committee and four match assessors will comprise the Coupe Committee. This committee will be responsible for the overall management of the event. The assessors are those responsible for hosting the previous years event, the current years event and the next two years events.
